Rule change: No age restriction.

Hey all, I just changed one of the eligibility requirements for the contest. Originally, I had included a rule that all participants needed to be at least 21 years of age to compete. After discussing this with the OSU Student Experience Center, I have determined that this rule is not necessary. Please discuss below or message me directly if you have objections to this rule change.
